I think it would be hot if it was really carrie pretending to be sarah pretending to be herself to have sex with dave\her brother because has developed feelings for him.
While it is well established that Carrie and Dave do have feelings for each other, the idea of Carrie impersonating Sarah wearing Carrie's form is something we're thinking of including later down the line.
